Enterprise AI Tool Library
A governed portfolio of reusable AI applications that standardized high-friction workflows across a global customer operations organization.
What needed to change.
Managers relied on fragmented manual processes for risk assessment, account health, executive preparation, pricing analysis, and call follow-up. Early AI experiments lacked a consistent product model, distribution channel, quality standard, and measurement framework.
What I designed and led.
- Defined the shared product model and portfolio structure.
- Designed and built reusable role-specific AI applications.
- Established naming, documentation, intake, QA, and release standards.
- Partnered with field users to prioritize and iterate on high-value use cases.
What changed.
The library became a scalable distribution layer for AI, reaching more than 9,000 monthly uses and returning approximately 3,095 hours to teams every month.
