- Designed the Hub’s information architecture and brand.
- Created a searchable knowledge and tool repository.
- Launched recurring technical tutorials and office hours.
- Built idea and tool-certification intake mechanisms.
What changed.
The Hub became an organizational front door for AI and automation work, reducing fragmentation and supporting a highly engaged practitioner community.
